THE ROLE
Key responsibilities
This is a vital role within Agilisys and will take the lead in ensuring development maintenance & availability of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for each client to track IT assets and configuration items (CIs).
Specific duties
Depending on the project you will need to be comfortable doing the following:
Opportunity
As a key member of our team youll be the driving force behind the development and maintenance of our clients Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You will ensure the accuracy and quality of configuration data by retrieving cleaning and importing information from various sources while also conducting regular audits and generating reports for stakeholders. The position also requires collaborating with multiple teams to improve asset management processes and ensuring compliance with company policies
