American Workforce Group has partnered with a locally owned earthwork and septic contractor company in Olympia WAto hire a skilled working field manager.

Description for Working Field Manager:
Lead a small team and supervise subcontractors on job sites
Work hands-on in excavation dirt work and septic system installation
Interpret project blueprints and ensure safe timely job completion
Maintain a productive and positive job site atmosphere
Must be comfortable testing and working around septic systems 70% of the time
Managing production
Sales experience and customer service skills
Office skills and application understanding
Details for Working Field Manager:
Pay:$54000/yearly
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Hours: Day shift
Requirements for Working Field Manager:
Lifting 75lbs regularly
Experience in excavation and septic system installation
