Required Qualifications and Experience | a)Qualifications Engineering Graduates with experience of 8-10 years Work Experience Experience in End User Support Technology Operations and Processes Experience ITIL framework and Asset Management Expertise in IT Service Management Domain Hands On experience on End User Technologies such as SCCM MDM Patching Familiarity with Active Directory Office 365 Intune & Azure AD Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Network Basic Understanding of Project Management Excellent relationship skills. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter. |
