Job Description

Job Purpose
IT Infra COE plays a critical role in designing & implementing End User Infra solutions and standards across the organization. As part of the IT Infra COE this role focuses on embedding best practices into End User Support driving innovation & supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.Duties and Responsibilities
Design and Implement End User Support solutions aligned with Enterprise-wide initiativesKey Decisions / Dimensions
No Decisions to be takenMajor Challenges
Design Industry best End User Support Systems and Processes
Implement stable solution by coordinating with Infra & Application TeamsRequired Qualifications and Experience
a)Qualifications
Engineering Graduates with experience of 8-10 years
Work Experience
Experience in End User Support Technology Operations and Processes
Experience ITIL framework and Asset Management
Expertise in IT Service Management Domain
Hands On experience on End User Technologies such as SCCM MDM Patching
Familiarity with Active Directory Office 365 Intune & Azure AD
Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Network
Basic Understanding of Project Management
Excellent relationship skills.
Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
