Were currently hiring for the following positions:
- Cook (Casual)
- Kitchen Hand (Casual)
What Youll Be Doing
Cook:
As a Cook youll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Pre-service kitchen preparation.
- Prepare cook and present menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all dishes are served on time and meet presentation guidelines.
- Preparation of all ingredients and menu items
- Maintaining food safety WHS and HACCAP standards
- Responsible for ensuring the kitchen is always a clean safe and efficient workspace.
- Assume some responsibility of all kitchen duties ordering and compliance.
Kitchen Hand:
- Preparing sandwiches wraps and other items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Clean and maintain general kitchen areas including dishwashing and waste management.
- Unpack and sign off deliveries ensuring stock is rotated and packed away properly.
- Ensuring all food is prepared and handled in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintaining a clean organised and well-stocked food preparation area.
- Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily service targets and standards.

The Successful Candidate
To be considered for these roles you must display the following:
- For the Kitchen Hand role minimum 1 year of hospitality experience in a Kitchen Hand or Sandwich Hand role
- For the Cook role minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving stock.
- Organised and efficient with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn & can-do attitude.
