Job Description
Seeking a diligent detail-driven professional to provide vital expertise on the Core Program Management Export team. The goal of the job is to drive efficiencies into the Export-related work support Program export deliverables and reduce/eliminate PM export driven Stop-Ships Field Service Actions (FSAs) and other non-compliances.
Responsibilities
- Continuously improve Export PM processes and tools to support programs
- Collaborate with global SMEs/SE&SE to ensure export requirements are communicated & met
- Interface with regional marketing experts to ensure Export market customer expectations are met by the Vehicle Programs
- Support Export PATs across Programs
- Assess incoming Regulatory Change Notices (RCNs)
- Conduct Product Direction Letter (PDL) Audits of Export Markets
- Coordinate Vehicle Transit Protection Strategy for Interior Exterior and Underbody Corrosion
- Identify unique Export parts and processes that require alternate installation locations for: NA ports ports of entry and dealerships
- Perform Port Parts List (PPL) audit of Export parts installed at NA ports at
- Conduct VBoM Audits at TT and PP
- Lead Export Market Visual Checklist development for NA programs / plants
- Lead special Export projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering an associate degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 3 years experience with export/homologation and regulatory
- Program Management experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Knowledge of GPDS Deliverables and Ford Processes preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to present to Chiefs and Directors)
