Job Summary
We are seeking experienced reliable Caregivers to provide care for bedbound role requires patience attentiveness and the ability to assist with all ADLs and IADLsin a respectful and dignified manner.
Pay rate negotiable depending on experience and client situation.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands on personal care including bathing dressing grooming and toileting/incontinence care
Assist with repositioning and turning
Perform safe transfers using proper techniques and equipment such as hoyer lift/gait belt
Assist with feeding and hydration needs
Maintain a clean comfortable environment for the client
Provide companionship emotional support and respectful conversation
Follow care plan instructions and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving experience with bedbound clients
Knowledge of proper body mechanics and safe transfer techniques
Reliable punctual and compassionate demeanor
Physical ability to assist with lifting repositioning and other mobility tasks
