Applications Programmer SME Location: Scott AFB IL Clearance: Secret Type: Full-Time Contingent Anticipated Start: October 1 2025 Description: The Applications Programmer SME leads the development of custom applications for USTRANSCOMs JDDE implementing DevSecOps practices in cloud environments. Responsibilities include coding testing and deploying applications ensuring compliance with DoD standards. The role uses DoDAF for application design RMF for security and tools like GitLab Jenkins and cloud repositories for deployment. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
15 years in application development.
AWS Certified Developer or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications:
Expertise in DoDAF-compliant coding.
RMF for secure software development.
Experience with USTRANSCOMs CATS and cloud tools.
