Role Overview:
The Content Project Manager drives endtoend content deliveryensuring accuracy efficiency and alignment with business goals.
This role blends strategic oversight with handson leveraging tools and crossteam collaboration to streamline workflows and uphold content standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee content projects ensuring timely and accurate .
Develop refine and manage content for consistency and compliance.
Conduct quality assurance and regular content audits.
Leverage CMS and AI tools to optimize content workflows.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for seamless .
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications :
Min 3 years in ecommerce industry
Knowledge of Salesforce Fresh desk & Magento tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Problemsolving adaptability and ability to handle urgent tasks.
Proficiency in CMS project management tools and AIdriven platforms.
Leadership stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
