Job Description
A growing e-commerce company is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations lead and develop the team and manage warehouse systems and software. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency accuracy and scalability as the company continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse leadership strong organizational skills and the ability to implement systems that support both current operations and future expansion.
Responsibilities Include:
Leading and managing warehouse staff including training and performance oversight
Organizing and maintaining an efficient warehouse layout and workflow
Overseeing warehouse software and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely order fulfillment
Collaborating with the executive team to plan for future growth and capacity needs
Analyzing operational data and providing reports to leadership
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience as a warehouse manager preferably in e-commerce
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technology
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in scaling warehouse operations for growth
Additional Info:
Full-time on-site position based in Scranton PA

Salary: $150k - $180k/Year
