Evolution Wellness is a thriving private outpatient practice in the heart of Wilmington North Carolina. We specialize in helping individuals couples families and teens navigate anxiety trauma and depression with expert care. Were on the hunt for a passionate LCSWA to join our growing team!

What Youll Be Doing:
- Conducting intake assessments crafting personalized treatment plans and completing biopsychosocial evaluations.
- Using evidence-based approaches to support clients in reaching their goals.
- Keeping up with documentation (stress-free 24-hour progress notes!).
- Attending team meetings and case consultations.
- Representing Evolution Wellness with professionalism in all interactions including social media.
Your Ideal Schedule:
- Full-time clinicians maintain a balanced caseload of 25 clients per week for an engaging yet sustainable workload.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Masters Degree in Social Work
- North Carolina LCSWA License
- At least one year of postgraduate experience
- A commitment to growth collaboration and providing top-notch care
