Were looking for a skilled people-focused leader to oversee daily operations at our Lakeside and Bigfork primary care this role youll guide a dedicated team ensure exceptional patient experiences and keep our clinics running smoothlyday in and day out.
What Youll Do
Supervise daily operations to deliver top-tier patient care.
Lead hiring training scheduling and performance management for clinic staff.
Foster a positive team-oriented culture that prioritizes patient satisfaction.
Manage budgets monitor performance and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulations policies and quality standards.
What Were Looking For
2 years in a physician practice role & 1 year of leadership experience (required).
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to inspire teams and maintain operational excellence.
Bachelors degree in healthcare or business (preferred).
Financial and budget management experience (preferred).

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
