Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Possess bachelors in computer science or a related field or a solid technical background.
  • Display Proficiency in PHP 8 (Symfony or Laravel) and JS ( 3 or React/Angular)
  • Have Familiarity with TypeScript or a keen interest in learning it
  • Be Proficient in Git for version control
  • Have Adherence to best development practices such as unit and functional testing code reviews SOLID principles and security practices
  • Be Comfortable with commandline interfaces

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating within the Companies Technology and Information Systems
  • Department as a seasoned fullstack Web Developer contributing to an innovative legal product highly favoured by legal professionals
  • Working as part of a team dedicated to developing legal risk quantification features
  • Developing new functionalities for our applications
  • Maintaining and support existing applications
  • Engaging in ongoing efforts to enhance code quality
  • Designing and implement new features across our suite of applications
  • Ensuring the stability and performance of existing applications
  • Participating in initiatives aimed at improving codebase quality
