Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Possess bachelors in computer science or a related field or a solid technical background.
- Display Proficiency in PHP 8 (Symfony or Laravel) and JS ( 3 or React/Angular)
- Have Familiarity with TypeScript or a keen interest in learning it
- Be Proficient in Git for version control
- Have Adherence to best development practices such as unit and functional testing code reviews SOLID principles and security practices
- Be Comfortable with commandline interfaces
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating within the Companies Technology and Information Systems
- Department as a seasoned fullstack Web Developer contributing to an innovative legal product highly favoured by legal professionals
- Working as part of a team dedicated to developing legal risk quantification features
- Developing new functionalities for our applications
- Maintaining and support existing applications
- Engaging in ongoing efforts to enhance code quality
- Designing and implement new features across our suite of applications
- Ensuring the stability and performance of existing applications
- Participating in initiatives aimed at improving codebase quality
