Job Description
Job purpose:
As a Technical Operations Consultant youll be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth running of our IT infrastructure. You will monitor all aspects of systems performance and availability including hardware software and network management to ensure that were not only able to handle any increase in demand but also maintain high levels of service for all customers.
Requirements
- Ensures that the current process continues to meet business needs while being costeffective and that the solution will support future growth
- Identifies ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered
- Analyzes and resolves customer issues and incidents
- Develops and maintains high standards of technical competence
- Works with customers on their infrastructure and computer systems
- Deeply knowledgeable of Dells Hardware (Architecture)
- General server management able to check servers assist with application issues assist with resource check and allocation
Qualifications
- 1520 years experience with general server management able to check servers assist with application issues assist with resource check and allocation
Experience with the skills below:
- SQL
- Dell hardware skills (Architecture)
- Data Centre
- Backups / ArchivingBasic network and firewall knowledge
- SDWAN
- Desktop support
- File and Print support
- Printer support
- Web filter / Proxy
- Microsoft: O365 Azure Active Directory Exchange Intune MFA Security ATP
