We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Change Administrator to provide administrative and data support for our change management processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel proficiency and excellent administrative skills who can manage documentation track requests and support communication efforts across change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update change management documentation including change requests decision logs impact assessments and status reports
Track and monitor change activities and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions
Provide administrative support for meetings and workshops (minute-taking scheduling follow-ups)
Prepare and format reports presentations and communication materials using Microsoft Office
Ensure all records and documentation meet quality and compliance standards
Maintain data accuracy in change management tools and systems
Assist in compiling stakeholder feedback and distributing change-related communication
Support coordination between project teams and change stakeholders
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables formulas data cleaning and analysis)
Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
1 2 years experience in an administrative business support or change/project coordination role
