Were looking for a motivated and detail-orientedJunior DevOps Engineerto join our this role youll support the development and operations teams by helping to build maintain and optimize our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in cloud technologies automation and DevOps best practices.
What youll be doing
As part of your role your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in building and maintainingCI/CD pipelinesfor automated software delivery.
- Support the deployment and management ofcloud infrastructure(AWS Azure or GCP).
- Help managecontainerized applicationsusing Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance and availability using tools likePrometheus Grafana orCloudWatch.
- Write scripts and use automation tools ( Ansible Bash Python) to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with developers and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and reliable services.
- Participate inincident responseand troubleshooting of infrastructure or application issues.
- Maintain clear and up-to-datedocumentationof systems and processes.
- Stay current with emerging DevOps tools and practices.
- Assist ininfrastructure provisioningusing Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Supportsystem upgrades patching and version control of infrastructure components.
- Help implementsecurity best practices including access control and vulnerability monitoring.
- Use monitoring tools to analyzesystem logs and metricsfor performance tuning.
- Supporttesting environmentsand ensure consistency across development staging and production.
- Engage inteam knowledge sharingand contribute to internal DevOps documentationand runbooks.

Essential skills youll bring to the table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
- Basic understanding ofLinux/Unix systemsand command-line tools.
- Familiarity withcloud platforms(AWS Azure or GCP).
- Exposure toCI/CD tools(e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI).
- Knowledge ofcontainerization(Docker) and basic Kubernetes concepts.
- Scripting experience inBash Python or similar.
- Understanding ofversion control systems(e.g. Git).
- Awareness ofmonitoring and logging tools.
- Strongproblem-solving skillsand attention to detail.
- Good communication andteam collaborationabilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable skills youve got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry
- Knowledge of database management systems NoSQL backup strategies and scaling database clusters.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools likeTerraformorCloudFormation.
- Familiarity withsecurity best practicesin cloud environments.
- Exposure toRancheror other Kubernetes management platforms.
- Experience with Cloudflare managing CDN DNS security features like DDoS protection and WAF bot management rate limiting and Zero Trust access solutions.
