What You ll Be Doing:
Architect and design cutting-edge IT/OT infrastructure solutions in line with global business strategies
Drive technology innovation by scouting and implementing next-gen platforms and emerging trends
Collaborate across global matrixed teams and become a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
Shape and influence architectural decisions with full lifecycle accountability from ideation to implementation
Partner with projects vendors and operational teams to ensure safe efficient and scalable solutions
Lead research initiatives and design reviews that align tech capabilities with strategic outcomes
Build roadmaps standards and governance frameworks that future-proof infrastructure environments
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field
TOGAF certification (or equivalent) non-negotiable
8 years experience in corporate IT architecture preferably in mining or heavy industry
Strong track record in infrastructure application development and deployment
Experience working in global matrixed organizations with multiple vendors and offshore teams
Demonstrated business acumen stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural collaboration
MDP / MBA or similar management qualification a strong advantage
Be part of a global innovation team influencing major enterprise architecture decisions
Work on mission-critical projects with real-world impact in the mining and industrial space
Engage with senior leaders and cutting-edge tech platforms
