Job Description
- Conduct audits and report on specific financial controls to ensure compliance.
- Review and approve monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead year-end preparation including audit pack compilation.
- Attend and oversee monthly stock takes to ensure accuracy.
- Manage debtors (accounts receivable) to optimise cash flow.
- Review and authorise all payments before release.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct monthly management reviews with General Managers.
- Hold quarterly meetings with General Managers to discuss financial performance.
- Provide training and support to branch admin staff on financial processes.
- Must be willing to travel to four branches for audits reviews and training.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field. Professional certification (e.g. CPA CIMA ACCA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial management preferably in a multi-branch or regional role.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial controls auditing budgeting and management reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP QuickBooks Xero).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication leadership and analytical skills. Ability to train and guide non-finance staff.
- Travel: Must have a valid driver s license and be willing to travel as required.
