Marketing Strategist & Content Operator
Location: Remote (Candidates based in South Africa or the Philippines preferred)
Compensation: USD $2800$3000/month (Contractor)

This person isnt just executing. Theyre making decisions shaping campaigns and creating leverage for your business across multiple verticals (investors borrowers and partners). But they still need to be hands-on and execute with excellence.
Role Summary
Were hiring a full-time Marketing Strategist & Content Operator to drive investor and borrower marketing. This role is a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on executionyoull be responsible for content creation podcast management YouTube strategy email marketing social media paid ads oversight blog SEO and guiding our overall messaging.
Youll report to our Chief of Staff and work closely with the CEO to ensure our marketing is aligned with our goals: attracting investor capital generating loan leads and building our brand.
Core Responsibilities
Podcast & Video Marketing
- Manage our weekly podcast: edit create show notes tags and publish across all platforms
- Oversee YouTube content: upload 23 investor-focused videos per week
- Write and schedule weekly emails with accompanying videos to our borrower email list
In addition to producing the podcast youll be responsible for growing its audience. This means thinking beyond just hitting publishyoull need to explore and test ways to expand reach such as running paid ads on platforms like Spotify or Facebook converting episodes into SEO-optimized blog posts submitting episodes as press releases or pitching feature ideas to outlets like the Business Record. Your goal: make sure the right people are hearing our message whether theyre potential investors borrowers or future partners.
Email & Newsletter Campaigns
- Write & create campaigns for our weekly investor email
- Research market trends deals and audience interests to generate content ideas
- Build and manage a 90-day email content calendar
SEO & Blog Strategy
- Own the strategy for blog content (investor and borrower-facing)
- Conduct keyword research and guide SEO optimization
- Coordinate (or write) 12 investor-focused and 12 borrower-focused blog posts per week
Paid Ads Oversight
- Manage our 3rd-party Google Ads teams for investor and borrower campaigns
- Set goals track results and make sure performance is on target
Social Media
- Establish and grow our brand presence on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Manage comments messages and engagement to build community and brand trust; track post performance and optimize content accordingly
- Build and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with overall marketing objectives
Expansion Marketing (for Franchise Locations)
- Help create positioning and campaigns for future partner recruitment
- Craft materials lead nurturing emails and landing page ideas
What Success Looks Like
- All content and activities are grounded in the goal to increase brand awareness & authority to measureably attracts new borrowers and investors and help us maintain better relationships with existing borrower / investors to generate organic referrals.
- Podcast episodes go out weekly consistently and professionally
- Email newsletters are engaging and written on-brandsent weekly without reminders
- YouTube videos are published on schedule with solid views and click-through
- Blog posts show up in search drive traffic and support investor/borrower goals
- 3rd-party vendors are managed with confidenceno dropped balls
