Job Summary
Hire Resolves client one of the largest independently owned travel companies in South Africa is searching for a Professional Ticketing Consultant to join their team in Century City Cape town.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Matric (Grade 12).
Travel qualification from a recognized tertiary institution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Certified proficiency in Galileo and Amadeus GDS.
Strong knowledge of fares and international ticketing.
Expertise in core ticketing and e-ticketing processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proactive problem solver with the ability to take initiative.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to guide mentor and train junior consultants.
Patience and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
