Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote IT support across various client environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving hardware software and network components.
- Install configure and maintain IT infrastructure (PCs peripherals operating systems and applications).
- Monitor client systems perform regular maintenance and ensure proper security and backup measures are in place.
- Maintain accurate documentation in our ticketing system and update technical records.
- Communicate effectively with clients managing expectations and providing clear customer-friendly explanations.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and process improvement sessions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Mac OS mobile platforms and general software applications.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure (routers switches firewalls) is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud services especially Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel between sites.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license are essential.
