Resolves client is seeking an experienced IT Support Field Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a techsavvy individual who thrives on solving technical issues providing exceptional customer service and working independently in a fastpaced fieldbased environment.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients across various locations
Install configure and troubleshoot hardware software and network systems
Maintain and repair IT equipment including desktops laptops printers and mobile devices
Respond to service tickets in a timely and professional manner
Document technical issues resolutions and client interactions accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
Ensure all equipment and systems are compliant with company standards and security protocols
Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP DNS DHCP)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Active Directory and remote support tools
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites
