Location: Johannesburg (Onsite)

Salary: R15000 R27000 per month (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Account Executive to join a growing digital team based in this clientfacing role you will work closely with major brands ensuring their campaign needs are met while building strong relationships. This is an excellent role for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in social media digital campaigns and client management.
Manage client accounts and assist with digital campaign execution
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timelines and client expectations are met
Communicate directly with clients to understand campaign goals and objectives
Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
Contribute to ideation and strategy sessions for new campaigns
Ensure accurate administration and documentation of campaign details
Create valuedriven proposals and tailor consultative pitches to client needs

35 years of experience in digital media or tech sales (ideally agencyfacing)

Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms and understands forecasting
Able to turn briefs into tailored proposals
Familiar with the South African agency ecosystem
Background in account management or business development
Experience working in startups or scaleups
Enjoys being clientfacing and thrives in pitching environments
Shows potential to grow into leadership within 1218 months
