Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager for a prestigious luxury lodge and hotel group based in Bela-Bela. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a beautiful and remote setting ideal for professionals passionate about high-end hospitality and exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day F&B operations across the lodge and hotel
Ensure consistent delivery of high standards in food quality presentation and service
Manage train and motivate the F&B team to achieve excellence
Implement effective stock control and cost management systems
Work closely with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and innovative offerings
Maintain hygiene health and safety standards in all F&B areas
Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently
Drive service excellence team performance and guest satisfaction
Prepare and manage F&B budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
Minimum 3 5 years experience in a similar F&B management role within a luxury lodge or hotel environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Solid financial acumen with a proven track record in budget and cost control
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A hands-on proactive management style
Knowledge of hospitality systems (POS stock management software)
Flexibility to work shifts weekends and public holidays
Passion for hospitality and delivering world-class guest experiences
