Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a well-presented guest-focused Concierge to join a luxury safari lodge located in the Western Cape. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with a flair for exceptional service attention to detail and an in-depth knowledge of the guest experience within a high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and personalised welcome to guests upon arrival
  

• Offer professional and efficient concierge services throughout the guest s stay
  

• Assist with guest itinerary planning activity bookings and special requests
  

• Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  

• Maintain updated knowledge of lodge offerings local attractions and regional experiences
  

• Handle guest queries feedback and concerns with discretion and professionalism
  

• Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded and managed
  

• Provide assistance with transportation arrangements and logistical planning
  

• Support front office operations where required
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a concierge or guest relations role preferably within a luxury hospitality environment
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Strong organisational abilities and a keen attention to detail
  

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  

• Sound knowledge of the Western Cape region and its tourism offerings
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems
  

• A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
  

• Well-groomed and professional presentation
  

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
