Job Description
Our client a well-established and fast-paced business operating within a dynamic inventory-driven sector is seeking an immediately available FP&A Manager to join their team for a 7-month contract based in the northern suburbs. You will be responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis reporting and planning that directly supports strategic and operational decision-making across the business.
Duties Include (Not Limited To):
- Lead budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
- Provide detailed variance analysis on sales margins and inventory movements
- Partner with commercial and operations teams to provide actionable insights
- Develop and improve financial models to support supply chain and inventory efficiency
- Oversee the preparation of monthly management reports and KPIs
Education:
- Completed BCom Honours Degree in a related field
Experience:
- 4 years experience within a similar role required
- Inventory based environment experience beneficial
- Budget and forecasting experience required
