Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Manager at our Rola Ford Caledon Branch. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Furthermore the Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a customer-focused sales culture and promoting the Rola Ford Brand in the Caledon and surrounding areas.

Minimum Requirements
- Min Grade 12
- Computer literate
- At least 3 years experience in Vehicle Sales Management (Ford Advantageous)
- Proven Networker
- Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
- High attention to detail. Organised & structured
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
- Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
- Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial skills
