Appointment Setter
Remote South Africa
Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM MST/PST
$1500$2000 USD/month (Depending on Experience)

About the Role
Were looking for a driven and persuasive Appointment Setter who knows how to make things happen. If youve got 3 years of experience booking appointments in fast-paced sales environments love connecting with people and thrive on meeting targets this role is for you.
You wont be dialing random numbers. Youll be speaking with warm leads from our own database people whove already shown interest. Your job is to turn that interest into solid appointments that help close deals.
What Youll Be Doing
Calling from a pre-qualified database no cold calling here
Making 100 calls per day to schedule high-quality appointments
Following up like a pro keeping potential clients engaged and informed
Handling objections with confidence and building rapport
Keeping our CRM sharp and updated with every conversation
What Were Looking For
3 years in sales or appointment setting bonus if its in a high-volume environment
Clear confident English (C1 level or higher) you know how to make people listen
Tech-savvy and experienced with CRMs and digital communication tools
Naturally outgoing persuasive and goal-oriented
Someone who treats every call like a conversation not a transaction
Thrives in fast-paced settings and loves hitting targets
