Job Description
Introduction
Africa Biomass Company is looking for a skilled Workshop Manager to lead our team of artisans. Youll oversee maintenance and repair of our specialized fleet including industrial woodchippers tractors mulchers and yellow metal equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily workshop operations
- Lead a team of artisans (mechanics welders fabricators)
- Oversee servicing repairs and safety compliance
Ensure optimal fleet performance and workshop efficiency
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- 5 years workshop management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty/agricultural equipment
- Valid trade test in diesel or earthmoving trade will be beneficial
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
