Junior Account Manager
Remote (Based in Pretoria South Africa)
R12000.00 - R16000.00 per month (500 - 700) Commission
Full-Time UK-Based Company
Were a UK-based company helping businesses reduce risk and improve safety across their sites and were looking for a smart personable Junior Account Manager to join our team remotely from Pretoria South Africa.
In this role youll work alongside our Strategic Business Development Manager supporting client relationships handling follow-ups and ensuring a seamless experience for our existing clients. This isnt a cold-calling sales role its about building trust being responsive and helping accounts run smoothly.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Supporting ongoing relationships with existing clients
- Making phone calls to check in follow up and maintain service quality
- Assisting with admin: reports proposals scheduling and CRM updates
- Keeping communication professional clear and proactive
- Helping the team ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded
What Were Looking For:
- 1 to 2 years experience in a client-facing role: sales support account coordination or admin
- Confident on the phone and great with people
- Exceptionally organised and comfortable working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Must be based in or near Pretoria (occasional in-person catch-ups with the team)
