A public institution is seeking the services of a certified and experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of multiple exhibition projects between August 2025 and April 2026.
You will be responsible for coordinating the planning procurement design and execution phases of exhibitions that engage educate and inspire the public. You will work as part of a dedicated team of project professionals curators and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
Project Management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent)
Proven experience in museums cultural institutions or exhibitions
Familiarity with project delivery under PFMA guidelines
Ability to lead complex timelines and multi-stakeholder coordination
Able to provide up-to-date reference letters from past clients/projects
Responsibilities:
End-to-end project scheduling and planning
Coordination with exhibition designers curators and suppliers
Overseeing procurement and supplier relationships
Budget tracking and financial reporting
Supervising installation and rollout of exhibitions
Supporting marketing and public relations where required
