Maintenance Assistant Luxury Hotel Cape Town
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a hands-on and experienced Maintenance Assistant for a luxury hotel based in Cape Town. This position is ideal for a technically skilled candidate who is proactive reliable and eager to contribute to the upkeep and smooth operation of a high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general maintenance tasks across the hotel
Perform routine inspections and identify areas for repair or improvement
Support with basic plumbing electrical and painting tasks
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to guests and operations
Maintain cleanliness and order in maintenance areas
Collaborate with the broader team to uphold hotel standards and safety regulations
Requirements:
Valid driver s licence
Trade background or hands-on experience in plumbing electrical work and painting
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and time management skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
Professional trustworthy and solutions-focused
Package:
