Guest Relations Porter Luxury Hotel Cape Town
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a friendly reliable and well-groomed Guest Relations Porter to join the team at a luxury hotel in Cape Town. This position is ideal for a service-oriented individual with a warm personality and a strong passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and facilities
Handle guest requests efficiently and professionally
Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean and presentable at all times
Assist with guest transportation arrangements and valet services where applicable
Provide support to the front office and guest relations teams as needed
Maintain a high level of professionalism and service at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar position within a 4 or 5-star hospitality environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Immaculate personal presentation and grooming standards
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Valid driver s licence (advantageous)
Package:
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
