Job Description:
As a Hotel Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they depart. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails and messages in a timely manner
- Provide information about hotel services facilities and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with a positive attitude and sense of urgency
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Attend to any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or General Manager.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
