Job Description
- Minimum of 5 years verifiable experience in Site Construction Management
- Must have a BSc Construction Management or Equivalent
- Proficient use of CCS Candy for Programming is a necessity
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of Contracts Management including Program Planning Budget and Costing Project Closeout on Luxury Residential Projects
- Registration with SACPCMP essential
- Good Knowledge Implementation of Health and Safety Protocols will be beneficial
- Valid Drivers License and own transport essential
- Contactable References and Payslips required
