Job Description

DR Gaming Technology

DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) is an independent global developer and supplier of integrated scalable casino management cashless and jackpot solutions. We use the latest technology to give casino operators total control and the unique ability to operate without the need for a permanent server thanks to our patented drSMIB mesh network.

Serving customers on 5 continents with a growing team of over 150 people we operate from offices in Austria Belgium Colombia Malta Mexico Paraguay Peru South Africa and Uruguay and service a current installed base exceeding 85000 devices across more than 70 countries.

Purpose of the Role

As a Service Engineer you will play a crucial role in installing managing servicing and maintaining our casino management system and jackpot technology across the African continent. With customers in South Africa Botswana Ghana Kenya Malawi Seychelles and Zambia amongst others you may at times be required to undertake some continental travel. The role reports to the Operations Manager: Africa and is fulltime onsite and based out of our offices in Johannesburg South Africa.
