We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for SecureFire. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing all aspects of SecureFire projects to ensure they are completed on time within budget and to the satisfaction of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop project plans.
2. Coordinate and communicate with clients subcontractors and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure profitability.
4. Monitor and report on project progress identifying any issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
5. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
6. Prepare project documentation including proposals contracts and progress reports.
7. Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop innovative solutions.
8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in Fire industry.
Strong knowledge of sprinkler system design installation and maintenance.
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
