MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Matric
  • Degree / Certificate in Business Marketing Communications or a related field(Advantageous)
  • Minimum of 25 years of sales experience ideally in media advertising or B2B environments
  • Experience negotiating trade deals
  • Understanding of outdoor advertising formats audience targeting and media value
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify new trade opportunities
  • Proficient on all MS Office packages advanced level
  • Valid drivers license (no endorsements)
  • Own reliable vehicle(Essential)

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by negotiating and securing trade deals with clients and partners in the outdoor advertising sector including transit billboard and streetlevel media placements.
  • Develop tailored trade packages that leverage company media inventory to maximize client exposure and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media buyers agencies and direct clients to create repeat business opportunities and longterm partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal planning and operations teams to ensure timely execution of advertising campaigns aligned with negotiated trade agreements.
  • Analyze campaign performance and trade deal effectiveness using KPIs
  • Maintain detailed records of trade commitments barter values and contract terms to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue reporting.
  • Educate clients on the value of companys outdoor advertising network offering strategic guidance to align media placements with target demographics and locations.
