Job Description
Location: Helderkruin Roodepoort
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Newly IT Graduate to join our team as a
Junior IT Support Specialist. This position will provide firstline technical support to endusers troubleshoot IT issues and assist with the maintenance and administration of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to endusers via phone email or inperson
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Install configure and update software applications
Assist with the maintenance and administration of IT systems and networks
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth operation of systems
Document and maintain accurate records of IT support activities
Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in information technology or related field
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Knowledge of computer hardware software and networking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer serviceoriented attitude
Proactive and eager to learn new technologies
Excellent time management and organizational skills
