Personal Assistant
Bloemfontein Free State
Reporting to: Regional Manager
A vacancy exists for a Personal Assistant to the Regional Manager stationed at our Bloemfontein branch. The main purpose of this position is to deliver efficient secretarial services providing general administration services and managing interfaces.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or Matric Certificate.
- Secretarial or Management Assistant Certificate.
- At least 3 years experience as the PA / similar position.
- Knowledge of the SAP system (not compulsory).
- Proficiency in MS Word PowerPoint and especially Excel is essential.
- Numerical accuracy and high methodical working methods are required.
- Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels.
- Ability to work without supervision under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Must have own transport.
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive)
- Sorting of correspondence.
- Maintaining filing system and document management.
- Answering the telephone screening calls and taking messages.
- Organizing travel arrangements flights accommodation and transport.
- Typing of documents reports and preparation of presentations.
- Assisting in queries and tasks.
- Arrange client and Regional meetings.
- Compile and keep record of minutes of the meetings.
- Liaising with customers suppliers staff and colleagues.
- Consolidate management information and reports.
- Ordering of Uniforms.
- Organizing workshops & functions.
