Job Description
About the Role
We re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with software development teams to gather analyze and document business requirements ensuring successful implementation of tailored tech solutions. If you enjoy bridging the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements; design intuitive system and product specifications
Develop wireframes UX/UI documents and test cases to guide development teams
Collaborate with developers (frontend backend mobile) sales marketing and design teams
Manage product/project lifecycle from design to implementation and improvement
Conduct testing and compile release notes; communicate updates to stakeholders
Continuously evaluate and improve systems products and operational processes
Identify and resolve system issues bugs and inefficiencies
Drive and document lessons learned postproject execution for continuous improvement
Facilitate stakeholder training and support during system changes or rollouts
Ensure effective project management including budget tracking timeline management and stakeholder engagement
Promote a datadriven approach in all processes and decisions
Contribute to product commercialization strategies (legal operational and financial aspects)
Analyze and report risks; implement mitigation strategies
Manage multiple projects/products concurrently each at different development stages

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Degree in BEng (Industrial/Chemical) BCom (Information Systems/IT) or BSc (Informatics)
3 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in IT software or medical device industries
Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle
Exposure to SaaS and/or PaaS models is an advantage
Technical Skills & Competencies
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Business Suite
Experience with solution design functional specification writing and business process modeling
Knowledge of data structures and datadriven processes
Familiar with project management methodologies
BPMN 2.0 or UML diagramming
Basic understanding of APIs
Proficiency in JIRA or similar task tracking tools
Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools
Ability to interpret code is advantageous
