About the Role
Based at the clients Jet Park office this is a
temporary position reporting to the IT Service & Operations Manager. Youll be involved in the
daily delivery of IT support maintenance of infrastructure and handson implementation of technical projects. From maintaining systems and networks to solving user issues and deploying equipment this role touches all corners of operational IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily support on the IT Service Desk handling incidents and troubleshooting.
- Onsite infrastructure support: networks telecoms servers and enduser devices.
- Manage and update IT hardware inventory.
- Deploy and maintain PCs printers scanners mobile devices and collaborative tools.
- Support implementation of IT infrastructure and business application projects.
- Ensure compliance with AGL IT security and licensing policies.
- Provide afterhours/oncall support on a rotational basis.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project plans and operational readiness.

Requirements
The following
qualifications and skills are nonnegotiable:
- Azure Fundamentals certification (including Intune) essential
- Understanding of Azure networking advantageous
- A and N certifications
- ITIL Foundation V3/V4 certification
- M365 certified and/or strong working knowledge
- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Willingness to travel to different AGL sites as needed
- Valid passport and drivers licence
- Own reliable vehicle
Additional experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years in IT support or IT service desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS Office 365 and ITSM tools.
- Skilled in PC hardware/software troubleshooting and desktop deployment.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced servicedriven environment.
