URGENT PERMANENT VACANCY

PA TO SALES EXECUTIVE (MEDIA OOH & ADVERTISING INDUSTRY)

CENTURION PRETORIA GAUTENG PROVINCE

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Available to start ASAP
  • Salary on Offer:R8 500.00 per month CTC
  • Matric
  • Any Admin / Marketing / Relevant Qualification (ADVANTAGEOUS)
  • Industry experience and exposure within the Marketing OOH Media industry
  • Must have excellent communication skills inAfrikaans (ESSENTIAL)
  • Highly experienced in administration office coordinating tasks & computer proficiency
  • Computer proficiency: MS Excel & MS PowerPoint including MS Office Programmes
  • Duties include:Administrative support client communication Budget and Financial Support Reporting PowerPoint Presentations Artwork & Campaign ManagementClient Engagement Problem solving Contract Management
  • Must possess strong administrative & communication skills excellent organisational and creativity skills previous marketing experience an advantage must be tech savvy with high levels of energy and problem solving abilities
  • Must reside in Centurion Pretoria
  • Own reliable vehicle/arranged transport & valid Drivers Licence(ADVANTAGEOUS)

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint & other Microsoft software is a plus
  • Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in handling administrative tasks documents & sensitive client information
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written & verbal communication skills with an emphasis on active listening & professionalism. Communication is the main key for the Exec as communications will be constant throughout the day
  • Customer Service Mindset: Must be able to engage with clients in a friendly & efficient manner maintaining a positive and helpful attitude in support of the Executive
  • ProblemSolving Abilities: Ability to think critically & troubleshoot issues as they arise

  • prioritize tasks & deadlines effectively

JOB FUNCTION AND KEY PERFORMANCE DUTIES:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive admin assistance to the Senior Sales Executive including answering phone calls organizing meetings managing schedules & coordinating travel arrangements
  • Client Communication: Manage client inquiries & ensure timely followups for admin specific tasks. Assist in maintaining strong client relationships & ensure that all requests are handled professionally
  • Budget & Financial Support: Request budget approvals process budget claims
  • Presentations & Reporting: Create & edit PowerPoint presentations & Excel spreadsheets to support Exec Sales & marketing efforts Training on internal tools & software will be provided
  • Artwork & Campaign Management: DAILY monitor artwork deadlines aid campaign schedules (EXCEL) flighting proofs / banner instructions (POWERPOINT) reports on campaigns; Keep the Exec up to speed to aid in his campaign management. Must understand that each individual task will be different & time sensitive
  • Client Engagement: Aid client broadcasts daily client information updates & provide campaign proof / approvals
  • Troubleshooting & ProblemSolving: The Exec will constantly address & resolve internal issues promptly and expect the P.A to aid in the resolution within detail instruction execution ensuring minimal disruption to workflow in a very flexible environment
  • Contract Management: Prepare send & track contracts for clients ensuring accuracy & timely execution at the instruction of the Exec (INITIAVE NEEDED!)
