Personal Assistant
Location: Blackheath Cape Town
Salary: R15000 per Month
A dynamic and fastpaced organisation in the construction sector is seeking a capable and proactive Personal Assistant to support both the Managing Director and a NonManaging Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring these senior leaders operate efficiently with seamless administrative and organisational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executivelevel assistance to both directors
- Manage schedules meetings travel and communications
- Prepare reports presentations and correspondence as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain structure and organisation in daytoday operations
- Track deadlines and ensure followthrough on director action items
- Support with ad hoc personal or businessrelated tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Relevant qualification in administration business support or office management
- 24 years experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Reliable selfmotivated and able to work independently
- Techsavvy and comfortable using modern digital tools and office software
- Extroverted approachable and able to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential matters
