Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience within a warehouse setting.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management.
- Familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous.
- Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial.
- Proficient in advanced computer skills particularly MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling business cases.
- Lead various supply chain projects.
- Identify and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
- Map and refine supply chain processes.
- Provide support and training on systems.
- Develop business and system processes to facilitate optimal integration.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and departments to support supply chain needs.
