Job Description

Introduction

We are looking for a Assistant (Roaming) Broiler Farm Manager - Farm 5km from Potchefstroom who will be moving from site to site to allow for leave etc.

Must be able to speak read and write English and Afrikaans fluently

Duties & Responsibilities

*Managing poultryhouses

*Managingandmotivatingofstaff

*Monitoringfeedandwaterconsumption.

*Fully environmentally controlled and open houses

*Workingwithsemiautomatedsystems.

*Doingthenecessaryvaccinations.

*Placingandcatchingofchickens.

*Monitoringcyclesmortalitiesandadditionalfarmbookkeeping.

*Generalfarmmaintenanceandrepairs.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Must have knowledge Broilers (Training will also be given)

Must have knowledge working on a Poultry Farm

Package & Remuneration

R25 000 to R30 000 pm depending on experience plus Housing
