Job Description
Oversee and review audit engagements across various industries
Lead audit seniors and trainees through planning fieldwork and finalisation phases
Ensure audits are completed accurately and delivered on time
Build and maintain strong client relationships managing technical and logistical queries
Provide excellent client service through clear proactive communication
Promote audit quality team development and compliance with regulatory standards
Mentor junior staff and actively support training programs
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year post-articles experience supervising and reviewing audit teams
Strong knowledge of IFRS ISA and auditing regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude with the ability to lead by example
Qualification:
Relevant BCom degree or equivalent qualification
Completed SAICA articles
Working towards a CA(SA) or AGA(SA)
