Duties
Advise on onboarding and probity requirements
Manage RCWR additions removals and WWCC checks
Oversee visa tracking renewals and sponsorship compliance
Maintain and audit employee compliance records
Improve compliance tools policies and reporting
Skills & Experience
HR compliance or onboarding experience
Knowledge of WWCC NDIS screening and visa law
Strong data accuracy and process management skills
High discretion with sensitive information
Proficient in Excel and HR systems
