Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Sales Representative Industrial & FMCG Packaging
Location: Bellville Western Cape
Salary: R15000 per month

Job Purpose
Join a leading manufacturer and drive internal sales support admin coordination and exceptional service for a high-paced sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to relevant departments
- Assist walk-in clients with product info pricing and solutions
- Uphold strict SHE (Safety Health & Environment) protocols
- Promote product offerings and support reps with client-facing needs
- Generate quotations pro forma invoices and process transactions
- Capture sales orders and respond to customer emails efficiently
- Oversee GRNs and stock control documentation
- Assist with banking of customer payments
- Create POs and manufacturing instructions for factory teams
- Manage price lists and ensure data accuracy
- Confirm and track EDI order submissions
- Support stock takes and warehouse reporting documentation
- Maintain a tidy and professional record-keeping system
- Follow up on overdue orders and communicate delivery timelines clearly
Minimum Requirements
- Matric qualification
- Energetic customer-focused and proactive mindset
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken & written)
- Computer literate (MS Office invoicing platforms)
- Strong sense of responsibilityable to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
