Shift Supervisor Springs R17 200 CTC PM Contract
The Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing a team within the plant ensuring productivity quality output safety compliance and adherence to company policies. This role involves supervising daily operations managing staff performance allocating resources effectively and fostering a positive and engaged work environment to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise guide and support team members ensuring tasks are assigned effectively and operational goals are met.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance conduct appraisals and address performance issues.
Provide on-the-job training mentorship and support to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Build a positive team culture maintain high morale and encourage collaboration and productivity.
Manage and allocate resources including staff time and equipment to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Experience in metal finishing or galvanising operations will be advantageous.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
