Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing real estate company based in the United States. Specialising in purchasing residential properties across various U.S. states the company provides tailored solutions for homeowners looking to sell quickly and hassle-free.

Driven by a high-performance supportive culture our client is expanding its remote sales team and is seeking a dynamic target-driven Sales Representatives based in South Africa. This is an exciting opportunity to gain international experience in U.S. real estate while working from the comfort of your home.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative you will play a vital role in the companys acquisition strategy. Your focus will be on cold calling nurturing leads qualifying property sellers and negotiating initial purchase terms. You will work closely with a small but high-energy team helping to identify motivated sellers and build rapport that leads to successful real estate deals.

Job Type: Full time Permanent Independent Contractor

Location: Fully Remote South Africa

Requirements

  • South African residency with reliable internet and own equipment (laptop/headset/etc.).
  • Proven cold calling and outbound sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Organised self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Willing to work U.S. hours (3:15 PM 12:00 AM SAST).
  • Real estate experience is a plus training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to property owners across the U.S.
  • Build rapport ask open-ended questions and uncover seller pain points.
  • Gather key property details and assess sale readiness.
  • Qualify leads based on internal deal criteria.
  • Accurately record and update CRM with lead information and status.
  • Coordinate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth deal progression.
  • Meet and exceed daily KPIs and weekly/monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with the team.
